What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 10 AM to 6 PM every day of the week.

Can I bring outside food and drinks?

No outside food and drinks are allowed... no one wants to find a sand covered jolly rancher in the sandbox! However, we do have drinks, snacks, lunchables, and other items available for purchase to be enjoyed far away from the sandbox.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are not required, come in anytime and have a blast. If you'd like to book a birthday party though, use the Book a Party scheduler below.

How safe and clean is the sandbox?

We used the highest quality Quickrete play sand available, which is specifically graded and screened to be the softest and cleanest sand possible. We additionally clean and disinfect the sand, toys, and surfaces every night and throughout the day as needed.

Can I drop my kid off or do I need to be there to supervise?

We will one day offer a drop off service, but for now an adult must be present to supervise their child at all times.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, on your first visit, as it is required by our insurance. You can do it online in advance or fill it out during check in. We recommend doing it online on your phone, as your browser can auto complete the fields much quicker than typing it in on our tablet screen.

What are the rules?

Adults must be present to help enforce the rules and ensure their child is playing nicely with others.

No food, drink, candy, gum, etc in the sandbox.

No throwing sand, running, or screaming. Throwing sand at another child may result in being asked to leave, especially if it gets in their eyes. Eye wash stations and protective glasses are avialable, but prevention is our goal.

No shoes or socks allowed in the sandbox, cubbys are provided near the sandbox to keep footware.

No burying people.

Are you disabled/handicaped friendly?

Yes! This is the perfect type of play for children with disabilities and handicaps of many types and we will do everything in our power to make sure they have a great experience.

Are adults allowed in the sand?

Yes! Feel free to join in on the fun with your kids. Adults without children must join us when we host after hours events designed for adults only.

Are there age requirements?

Though we designed the sandbox for younger kids, any aged kid can play as long as they are kind, gentle, and respectful of everyone in the sandbox. Though we have reservable individual dry/wet sand boxes avaialble for older kids who would enjoy more advanced play like building sand castles or creating sand art.
